Before you commit
- How is an active employee counted?
- Anyone with an active account during the billing month. Deactivate someone who leaves and they stop counting from the next cycle — you are never billed for a leaver somebody forgot to remove.
- We staff up for a contract and down again. Are we locked to a headcount?
- No. Billing follows the active count each month, so a month with 240 people costs less than a month with 300. Volume bands are applied on the count for that month, not the count you signed at.
- What happens if a site has no signal?
- Check-ins are saved on the phone and sent the next time the app opens with a connection, with the position taken at the gate. That is on every plan — it is how the product works, not an upgrade.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- Export everything to Excel at any time, without asking us. Records are kept for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back, and deleted after that.
- Can we change plans later?
- Any time, both directions. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
