Data processing agreement
You are the controller of your staff's data. We process it on your instructions, and this is the document that says so in a form procurement can sign.
What this document covers
- The subject matter, duration and nature of the processing
- The categories of data and of data subject — your employees, and their attendance records
- Our obligations as processor, including confidentiality and security measures
- The sub-processors we use, and how you are told when that list changes
- Deletion or return of data at the end of the agreement
